Data we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect:

• Your work email address;
• The information you enter in the “Message” field;
• A hidden _gotcha field (anti-spam measure, not stored).

Purposes

To respond to your enquiry and handle B2B follow-up (prospection, pre-contractual exchanges).

Legal basis

Legitimate interests (GDPR art. 6-1(f)): managing inbound enquiries and B2B prospection.

Retention

• Your messages: 12 months in our business mailbox, then erased.
• Form submissions via Formspree: deleted from the Formspree dashboard within 30 days.

Recipients & processors

• Formspree (formspree.io) – routes form submissions as our processor; your email and message may transit through and be temporarily stored on its infrastructure.
• OVH – hosts our business email.
• GitHub Pages – static hosting of this website (no application-level storage of your data on this service).

International transfers

Formspree and GitHub may process or store data outside the EU. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (including Standard Contractual Clauses). Refer to each provider’s privacy policy for details.

Your rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise your rights, contact our DPO at: dpo@altiora-ghs.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France: CNIL).

Security

We implement organisational and technical measures (restricted access, strengthened authentication, encryption in transit, logging) appropriate to the nature of the data processed.
